FUEL PUMP ASSEMBLY
2. Apply a light coat of Quicksilver Perfect Seal to
fuel pump gasket. Position gasket on fuel pump.
IMPORTANT: Pulley must be pressed on exactly
as described in the following step to avoid rapid
belt wear.
1.
Carefully press pulley onto shaft. Pulley is prop-
erlypositionedwhenendofshaftislocated1/2in.

Turn on pulley to bring the low spot of fuel pump
cam toward fuel pump lever.
