Lift shaft and bearing assembly from housing.
6. Slide washer and slip ring off of shaft.

IMPORTANT: Oil and water seals on water pump
end of housing will be damaged during removal.
Do not attempt to reuse these seals.
7.
Remove outer (water) seal and inner (oil) seal by
prying out or by tapping out using a suitable man-
drel. Be careful not to damage bore.

Remove bearings from shaft using a universal
puller plate.
