Lower shaft and bearing assembly onto housing.
Use care when guiding shaft through oil and wa-
ter seals to avoid turning over seal lips. To avoid
this, rotate shaft as it is lowered through seals.
5. Push shaft and bearing assembly down until
seated. Shaft is properly seated when the snap
ring groove is visible above the outer bearing.
6.
Install snap ring to secure shaft and bearing as-
sembly.
