Disassembly

WARNING
Be careful when working on fuel system compo-
nents. Gasoline is extremely flammable under
certain conditions. Be sure ignition key is OFF.
Do not smoke or allow spark or open flame in
area when working on fuel system components.
Wipe up any spilled fuel immediately.
NOTE: Later models may be equipped with a one
piece seawater pump body. Disassemblywillbesimi-
lar to two piece seawater pump body but reassembly
will differ in certain areas.
IDLER PULLEY ASSEMBLY

Disconnect fuel lines from fuel pump.
1. Remove idler pulley bracket from pump housing.

Remove seawater/fuel pump assembly.
2. Remove retaining clip from adjusting bolt.
