SEAWATER COOLED MODELS

Reassembly

Lubricate seawater pump impeller with a water and soap solution. Install impeller into

housing by rotating and pushing it into place. Push it down until flush with housing.

Place wear plate over bearing housing shaft.

Place quad ring in groove in seawater pump body.

b - Seawater Pump

Align flats on impeller and bearing housing shaft, slide seawater pump body on shaft.

NOTE: Reassembly of the pump requires the mounting bracket to be installed while per-

forming the following step.

Install two screws in seawater pump body holes as shown. Use these two screws to align

pump, then install the remaining screws.
