CHARGING SYSTEM

Pulley Removal

Remove serpentine belt.

Clamp pulley in a vise (using an old belt or protective jaws to protect pulley) to remove

nut.

a - Old Belt to Protect Pulley

Slide components off of alternator shaft.

Install components and pulley on alternator shaft.

Torque pulley adjustment nut to specifications.
