Disconnect the wiring harness from the intake air temperature sensor (IAT).

Remove the plenum from the manifold.

c  - Screws
IMPORTANT: Place a clean shop towel over the openings to prevent foreign materials
from entering the engine.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
1.
Clean plenum in solvent and dry with compressed air.
2.
Inspect mating surfaces for damage that could affect gasket sealing.
Inspect plenum for cracks in casting.
