Turn ignition switch to RUN.
Indicator needle of gauge being tested must read at position B. If not, replace gauge.

Battery Gauge
TESTING

Remove cables from battery and fully charge battery.

Connect negative (–) jumper lead from battery to gauge terminal G (GND).
Connect positive (+) jumper lead from battery to gauge terminal I or +12 V.
