Disconnect trim limit switch wires.
Remove power trim pump hydraulic hoses and disconnect trim limit switch wires. Cap
hoses and plug pump  fitting holes.

Remove exhaust pipe.
NOTE:For through transom exhaust, it is not necessary to remove the block-off plate unless
the gasket/mating surface is leaking  or the exhaust system is to be modified.
