Thermal Relief Valve Replacement
NOTE: The Thermal Relief Valve in the kit is color coded GOLD for easy identification.
IMPORTANT: The thermal relief valve is factory preset. do NOT loosen or attempt to
separate the component parts. Do not use a wrench on the upper gold colored fitting.
Use a wrench on the lower hex-fitting to tighten the relief valve.

Remove the thermal relief valve.
Remove the pump body components and discard.
Ensure that the threaded hole is free of dirt.
Lubricate the O-ring at the base of the new valve with Power Trim and Steering Fluid
and install valve.
5.
Tighten using the base of the new valve. Torque to 70 lb-in. (7.9 Nm).

Pump Replacement
NOTE: The pump cannot be re-built. If the pump is defective, replace it as an assembly.
1. Remove the pump attaching screws with a hex lobular socket or standard 3/16 in.

mm) socket and the pump. Do NOT loosen the pump assembly screws.

Remove the O-rings from the old pump and install them on the new pump.

I could not find any mention of the seawater pump assembly.
Maybe I have the wrong unit
