Seal Removal
1.
Pry water passage seal out  with a suitable tool.

Seal Installation
1.
Lightly coat outer diameter of seal with 3-M Adhesive and install in speedometer water
passage bore. Ensure top  edge of seal is flush with gear housing  surface.
