Lubricate sleeve outer diameter with soapy water or engine cleaner and install sleeve
installation tool and a  suitable driving rod.

Position water hose so that approximately  1/8 in. (3 mm) protrudes from edge of  bell
housing opening.

a.   Apply a small amount of 2-4-C Marine Lubricant with Teflon to hose inner diameter
and install tapered inserts  using the tapered insert tool.
