DUAL POWER TRIM SYSTEM
SERVICE MANUAL NUMBER 28
INSTALLATION
1.
Install new relay.
IMPORTANT: Use  63/67 (Tin/Lead)  alloy  solder. DO NOT  use acid  core solder  as
damage  to  relay  can result.  Coat  terminal  connections  with  Quicksilver Liquid
Neoprene.

Resolder wires from terminal block to  relay as shown.
Coat terminal connections with  Quicksilver Liquid Neoprene.

I could not find any mention of the seawater pump assembly.
