Clean the hex plug retainers and spool.

Lubricate the check valve body O-rings with Power Trim and Steering Fluid or with
10W-30 or 10W-40 motor oil.
CAUTION
DO NOT force check valve bodies into adapter as damage to O-rings may result.
8.
Place the spool and check valve bodies into the adapter.
Place the poppet valves into the check valve bodies.

Lubricate the hex plug retainer O-rings with Quicksilver Power Trim and Steering Fluid
or 10W-30 or 10W-40 motor oil.
Place the springs into the hex plug retainers.
