Cut hose for return fitting as shown below. Cut approximately 3/4 in. (19 mm) out of hose
to maintain proper hose configuration.

Install return fitting in hose and tighten hose clamps securely.

Connect hot water return hose to return fitting and tighten hose clamps securely.
Ensure that hoses do not rub or chafe against any engine components.
