STANDARD DRAINING PROCEDURES

Engine must be level or front of engine slightly higher to properly drain cooling system.
Remove drain plugs from cylinder block and manifold.

a - Drain Plug (Port and Starboard)

Repeatedly clean out drain holes using a stiff piece of wire. Do this until entire system
is drained.
NOTE: It may be necessary to lift, bend, or lower hoses to allow water to drain completely
when hoses are disconnected.
4.
Remove and lower the hoses to allow them to drain.
