important safety information about the operation of the out-
board. Any person who operates this outboard should read
and understand this safety information.

tached.

The following symbols are used together to indicate “CAU-
TION: Read the engine’s Operator’s Guide before preced-
ing.”

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A GOOD TOW LINE IF YOU DECIDE TO BUY ONE.
