Running Mode
ENGINE MONITORING SYSTEM
If any LED is ON while the outboard is run-
ning, it may indicate a system problem. Refer
to EMM Diagnostics Label.
Evinrude outboards equipped with remote
controls use the SystemCheck engine moni-
toring system.
LED 1, 2, or 3 ON, return to port as soon as
practical to avoid operational difficulties. See
your Dealer.
LED 4 ON indicates:

The SystemCheck warning will reoccur at the
next startup if the problem is not corrected.
Start Mode
If the “LOW OIL” warning light illuminates, re-
fill the oil tank immediately. You have a limited
amount of normal operation before running
