5)
The same procedure is used for the other sun
lounge.
To prevent personal injury do not step on the
aft fill-in cushion. Cushion could move and
cause loss of balance.
To turn the dual sun loungers into one complete
sunpad (see Figure N-33):
Figure N-33: Sunpad
1)
Deploy the sterns seat into the sun lounge
positions as described earlier in this section
Figure N-34: Insert Fill-In Cushion
2)
Slide the fill-in lounge backrest L-brackets onto
the support cleats of the backrest. On other
models place the fill-in backrest into position with
the support facing forward. (The fill-in seat cushion
will than fit over the support portion of the fill-in
backrest and aid in locking it into place). The sew
pattern of the backrests should match. See
Figure N-33
4)
Place the hinged sundeck center (walk-over/fill-in)
cushion in closed position. Snap the sundeck
center cushion in place (if applicable). See Figure
N-35.

Note: Support rods are used for both the sun
lounge and sunpad configurations. Support rods
may be stored in the storage compartment
underneath the starboard cockpit cushion. Clips
have been installed to hold the support rods.
See Figure N-36.

3)
Depending on the model, either slide the center
aft fill-in cushion onto the cushion support cleats
or insert the center aft fill-in cushion into support
cleats of seat cushions. Certain models have
cleats that can be rotated 90 degrees to lock the
cushion in place after first being inserted into the
seat cushion supports. Again the sew patterns
should match. See Figure N-34.
