2. Attach the aft edge of the bimini canvas to radar
arch by sliding the smaller zipper end (valence) into
the track (if necessary).Typically, the valence comes
installed in the track from the factory. Ensure the
valence is centered. Mate the zipper ends and zip
the canvas together.
The bimini top is standard and provides cover/shade for
the forward cockpit area. It is designed to be fastened
to the radar arch with the use of a track. See Figure O-
2.

3. Zipinforwardwindshield connector (clear visor) sec-
tion to the bimini top and snap to windshield. Start-
ing at the walk-thru windshield may prove to be easi-
est. Windshield snaps can be adjusted to match
snaps in canvas.

Zip in the side curtains to the bimini top. Snap can-
vas to windshield beginning at forward edge.
NOTICE
Adjustable Bow Style Models
When attaching windshield connector and side
curtains you may want to adjust your bows to
provide more slack and thus ease the installa-
tion process. Press the spring pin to adjust
accordingly. Oncethewindshieldconnectorand
curtains are installed, extend the bows to make
the canvas taught and remove sags. See Fig-
ure O4.

A clear plastic visor isprovided and once installed it con-
nects the forward windshield and the bimini top. Side
bimini curtains are also made of clear plastic for visibility
and connect the side portion of the windshield to the
bimini top. The helm area is protected from the ele-
ments once the bimini top, forward windshield connec-
tor and bimini side curtains are installed. See Figure
O3 below and for hardware installation see Figures O10

NOTICE
Non-Adjustable Bow Style Models
When attaching windshield connector and side
curtains you may need to unzip a portion of the
bimini canvas from the arch to provide some
slack and thus ease the installation process.
Do not unzip completely. Once the windshield
connector and curtains are installed, zip the
bimini top completely to the arch.

For bimini storage, reverse the previously described pro-
cedure.

The bimini top is factory installed, therefore, minimal
adjustment is necessary. To utilize the bimini top:

Canvas should be snug. If too taut or extremely
tight, canvas could tear or pull at seams.

Remove the canvas boot from the bimini top and
unroll top.
