Misuse of arch can over stress arch or danger-
ously imbalance boat. Failure to follow these
guidelines can result in injury or death. This tow
arch is to be used for towing wakeboard and ski
devices only. Do not tow more than two per-
sons at a time from this arch. Do not use arch
for lifting, parasailing or towing other watercraft.
Do not allow passengers to sit behind rope
attachment point when arch is in use. Do not
allow loose tow rope ends to dangle. Do not
climb on, hang on, sit on, jump or dive off this
arch. Check all arch fasteners for tightness
before using arch.
An available option is a flexiteek swim platform and
forward deck. See Figure M13. Flexiteek is made up
of a composite PVC based material with a surpris-
ing look to that of real teak. Please contact your Four
Winns dealer for further details.

M - 8 HARD TOP
An available option on certain SL models is a hard
top. The hard top requires the stainless steel arch to
be installed. The hard top provides shade much like a
bimini top therefore the bimini top is not available with
this option. The plexiglass hatch allows access to the
ski tow. See Figure M12.

M - 10 TRANSOM DOOR
A transom door is provided on certain SL models.
This transom door allows access from the cockpit to
the swim platform. A magnetic catch system is used
to keep the door in either the open or closed position.
To prevent a possible man overboard situation, make
sure the transom door is placed in the closed position
before each cruise. See Figure M14.

Do not stand/sit or in anyway occupy the
hard top at anytime. Fittings could release or
person(s) could fall resulting in serious injury or
death. Damage to the hardtop could also result.
