Read the stove’s instruction manual BEFORE using.
ALWAYS keep an approved ABC-type fire extinguisher in galley area.
Do NOT use the stove while underway.
Any non-cooking devices on or near your stove during use are potential fire hazards!
Do NOT touch burners, grates or nearby surfaces as they may be hot even when they are
dark in color.

Areas near burners and grates may become hot enough to cause burns.
During and after use, do NOT touch or let clothing or other flammable material come in
contact with heated units or areas near the units (burner tops, main frame sides and back,
sea rails and pot holders) until they have had sufficient time to cool.

ALWAYS keep an approved ABC-type fire extinguisher in an easily accessible location.
NEVER use the grill while underway.
NEVER use any charcoal briquettes with the grill. It is an electric appliance.
NEVER use any pots or other bakeware on the grill.
NEVER leave grill unattended at any time during use.
During and after use, NEVER touch or let clothing or other flammable material come in
contact with the heated grill or the areas near the grill (grate, heating element, lid, handle,
framework, grease pan) until they have had sufficient time to cool. Surfaces may be hot even
when dark in color.

ALWAYS clean the grill and grease pan after every use. NEVER allow grease to accumulate.
Refrigerator
The refrigerator runs on 12-volt DC power unless 110-volt AC power is being supplied by shore power or generator
power and the refrigerator’s circuit breaker on the 110-volt AC master panel is On.
