Tilt UP
WARNING
Move tilt/run lever to TILT position.
While engine is tilted, leave tilt lever in the
TILT position. When the tilt/run lever is in
the RUN position, tilt support can release
unexpectedly and allow motor to drop.
Tilt DOWN
Move tilt/run lever to RUN position.

Tilt/run lever – TILT position
Grasp tilt grip on engine cover and tilt motor to the
full tilt position.

Tilt/run lever – RUN position
Grasp tilt grip on engine cover and raise motor
slightly.

Tilt grip
Flip tilt support lever up. Slowly lower motor onto
the support.

Tilt grip
Tilt support will automatically disengage. Slowly
lower motor to its normal operating position.
