Turn off the engine and wait 3 min-
utes. Recheck the oil level using the
dipstick to be sure the level falls
between the upper and lower marks.
Fill with oil if it is below the lower
mark, or drain to the specified level if
it is above the upper mark.
Dispose of used oil according to local
regulations.

The oil should be changed more often
when the engine is operated under
adverse conditions such as extended
trolling.

REPLACING FUSE
If a fuse has blown, remove the electrical
cover, open the fuse holder and remove
the fuse with a fuse puller. Replace it with
a spare one of proper amperage.

Be sure to use the specified fuse. An
incorrect fuse or a piece of wire may
allow excessive current flow. This could
cause electrical system damage and a fire
hazard.

If the new fuse blows again immediately,
